Ample palate with a pleasant and tight structure and a good tension. Cream and mushroom flavours in the mid-palate. Match with food: rump of veal with horns of plenty; Dublin Bay prawn tails panéed with tonka bean. Comments: beautiful aftertaste. A racy and moreish Champagne.
