Visual aspect: very pale yellow colour, lovely bubbles, persistent head, long lasting collar. Nose: pleasant, subtle notes of apricot, hints of Noyau de Poissy liquor. Palate: beautiful first taste, frank, very pleasant, neat, ample, beautiful bitterness, wonderful surprising length. Hints of candied pineapple. Very refreshing. Match with food: crayfish with cream, roasted Victoria pineapple with a scoop of vanilla icecream. Comments: one of the sommeliers favorite, a perfect gastronomic combination, a beautiful winegrower's wine.
