Visual aspect: pale golden colour with superb glints.
Nose: very delicate on scents of brioche, acacia, honey, freshness, white blossom.
Palate: wonderful palate with cooked apricot, buttery, toasted aromas. Very nice soft and long finish.
Match with food: Roasted bananas with rhum and vanilla flavoured caramel with caramel ice cream.
Ageing potential: 10 years and more
Serving temperature: 10 à 11°C
Comments: a very interesting cuvée that is worth a wise food-and-wine match. Remarkable!
