Visual aspect: yellow with gold tinges, very fine bubbles. Very nice bead, beautiful vividness. Nose: powerful, very ripe fruits. Liquorice aromas, red fruits, complex. Palate: nice length, very present bubbles. Citron taste, grilled dried fruits (almonds), mirabelle plum. Match with food: risotto with truffles; cushion of venison and chicory leaves. Comments: champagne to favour for a meal. A nice cuvée, keeps its minerality, even after swirling.
