Visual aspect: fuschia colour with raspberry tints. Nice cordon. Nose: fine, elegant, complex. Aromas of violet, liquorice, aniseed. Palate: vivid, powerful and fresh. Spices. Good structure. Lovely finish. Match with food: young pigeon roasted supreme and pastilla of its legs and cranberries with cranberry juice. Comments: a wine for pleasure.
