Visual aspect: fine effervescence, with a light golden hue. Nose: buttery, toasted scents on a touch of hazelnut and fragrances of white blossom and dried fruit. Palate: full-bodied, delicious, supple, pure and buttery. A marvellous Blanc de Blancs. Match with food: seafood. Comments: a superb wine.
