Visual aspect: gold yellow, even straw-yellow colour, clear. Medium bubbles. Nose: very typical, smoked, fleshy. Palate: black fruits, black olives, spicy. A great richness. Match with food: demi-deuil Bresse fattened chicken; rock fish, Southern side dish with black olives. Comments: marked by the barrel. A lot of material which demands to open up.
