Visual aspect: very clear yellow, nice bead. Very present sparkle. Very fine bubbles. Nose: discreet, pleasant. White flowers, fresh butter. Palate: fine, elegant, fresh, with fruits. Melted bubbles, nice length. Match with food: zander; sole meunière with herb butter sauce; white meat. Comments: a beautiful evolution. One of our favourites.
