Visual aspect: pale yellow colour, persistant cordon. Nose: expressive on fine buttery notes and aromas of white-fleshed fruit (pear). Palate: ample, delicious, on beautiful fruit flavours. Freshness thanks to the Chardonnay. Match with food: trout terrine, crunchy small vegetables and mayonnaise sauce with lime. Comments: a lot of charm and elegance.
