Champagne Dumangin J. Fils
Visual aspect: straw yellow golden colour, marked and persistent bead. Brilliant hue, silvery tinges. Nose: discreet, lemony. Notes of bitter almonds. Palate: pure first taste, expressive, ethereal. We find the small notes of bitter almond again. Slightly toasted. Match with food: poached turbot, carcass sauce. Comments: a very fine Champagne still.
