Visual aspect: pale gold colour, very fine bubbles. Nose: buttery notes, melted woodiness, slightly vanilla-scented, beeswax. Very nice nose. Palate: great freshness, neat palate. Clean and frank first taste, white-fleshed fruits. Lemony aftertaste. Match with food: aperitif; sushis. Comments: a very nice wine.
