Visual aspect: beautiful gold colour, nice brilliance. Fine bubbles. Nose: open, smoked nose; white pepper, flint. Uncommon, the connoisseurs of the house will undoubtedly recognize it. Palate: fresh and delectable first taste. We find the spicy notes (pepper) and Granny apple again in retro-olfaction. Sweet finish. Match with food: just sautéed fishes and seafood. Comments: a wine with a strong identity.
