Visual aspect: redcurrant pink colour, limpid. Fine bubbles, numerous. Nice bead. Nose: fine, very pronounced red and black fruits (blackcurrant, strawberry). Palate: fresh, powerful. Red fruits (cherry). Match with food: Montmorency duck fillet. Comments: a very nice bled rosé.
