Visual aspect: salmon and coral pink colour. Strong, deep, brilliant. Beautiful bubbles. Nose: rich, expressive. Purée of blackberries, redcurrants, raspberries, cherries. Liquorice in the second nose. Palate: pure, generous and fine. With tangy sweets, blackberry, redcurrant, raspberry. Match with food: mousse with red fruits and white chocolate. Comments: a great Champagne for the dessert and greediness. Marvellous !
