Color: beautiful salmon hue, quite intense. The bubbles are fine and persist slightly. Nose: moderately intense, with toasty and fresh fruit notes. Palate: beautiful freshness, fine and elegant bubbles. Rather ample, with fresh fruit notes. Hints of yellow fruits and citrus. Slightly smoky. Pairing: cod ceviche with raspberry and rose petals. Comment: a very enjoyable tasting. A qualitative and appetizing cuvée. Cellar for 2 years.
