Visual aspect: a beautiful Bordeaux colour, bold and deep. Nose: lovely expression, elegant on hints of pepper, cocoa and coffee. Aromas of roasting and spices. Palate: it seems discreet compared with the aromas, however it presents elegance. Flavours of pepper, black fruit, such as blackcurrant. Overall very pleasant. Match with food: calf's liver fried with raspberry vinegar. Comment: despite its reserve, this delicate, elegant wine has great potential for the future.
