Visual aspect: a marvellous vivid crimson colour. Nose: exuding scents of virginia tobacco, it becomes richer after swirling. Palate: lovely fleshiness with round, melted tannins. Excellent balance and length on the palate. Match with food: leg of wild boar with boletus mushrooms and potatoes. Comment: an extremely elegant wine.
