Visual aspect: a deep ruby, dark-purple colour. Nose: averagely intense, aromatic and elegant on fragrances of red fruit and a scent of leather. Palate: the first taste is pure and precise. One can perceive minerality and tremendous purity, with distinct, melted tannins, as well as an acidulated flavour of redcurrant. Match with food: young goat with green garlic. Comment: an interesting wine, well made in a delicate style.
