Visual aspect: a purple colour. Nose: a gamey hint, as well as scents of Kirsch and fruit, it is complex. Very young, but pleasant. Palate: concentrated and fleshy, it is well balanced. Excellent quality of tannins and a salty touch on the finish. Match with food: a superior cut of meat. Comment: a very fine wine, which should be aged for at least 15 years to truly appreciate its excellent qualities.
