Denis Dubourdieu Domaines
Visual aspect: a deep colour, with little development. It looks very rich. Nose: pure, fruity and delicately woody and smoky. It has lovely complexity. Palate: supple on the first taste with development on melted tannins. Good structure and marvellous balance, with freshness on the finish. Elegant with excellent substance. Match with food: roasted wood pigeon stuffed pigeon. Comment: a very pleasant wine, as we like them and absolutely delicate.
