Visual aspect: a superbly radiant golden colour. Nose: marvellous complexity in this champagne with its toasted, truffle scents. The aromas develop towards a hint of Kirsch. Palate: excellent first taste, tremendous freshness, an elegant hint of woodiness and lovely balance between aromas and flavours. Very good length of flavours on the palate. Match with food: serve with to accompany a meal. Comment: an extremely well made, delicious champagne, a superb cuvee for this champagne house!
