Visual aspect: a marvellous, vivid, gleaming ruby colour.
Nose: excellent aromas of black fruit (blackcurrant, blackberry), floral fragrances and lovely spicy hints.
Palate: supple, tender and smooth. The tannin is clearly perceptible, but supple, melted and warm. Overall it is magnificently well balanced. Incredible length on the finish!
Match with food: to accompany a fine cut of meat.
Comment: a delightful wine.
