Visual aspect: bright and pale with golden tinges. The disc is thick.
Nose: quite discreet, but remarkably delicate on terroir aromas and a scent of saltiness, intensified by hints of seaweed and flint.
Palate: pure on the first taste. It is round and tender. The finish is marvellously long.
Comment: one of the best achievements of this appellation. We recommend you try it!
