Palate: fresh with a rich texture sustained by good acidity. It develops on pure, linear texture, with remarkable purity of fruit flavours and a touch of hazelnut.
Match with food: with époisse cheese (a strong-smelling speciality of Burgundy) it will be a triumph!
Comment: a lovely wine where terroir expression is predominant. Excellent minerality brings freshness and delicacy.
