Visual aspect: a light colour with greenish tinges, it is pellucid and radiant.
Nose: aromatic and very delicate, revealing scents of damp wood, mirabelle plum, lime, bergamot and fern.
Palate: it is delicate and its flavours resemble the fineness of its aromas. The finish is slightly short, but superb.
Match with food: langoustines cooked in Cognac.
