Visual aspect: a pale golden colour with tinges of youth, bright, crystalline and beautiful purity.
Nose: typical Chardonnay, with aromas of white-fleshed fruit (pear, apple).
Palate: rich and fleshy on the first taste, followed by thirst-quenching freshness. Flavours of white blossom and minerality. Excellent length.
Match with food: tartare of oysters.
Comment: pleasant to enjoy now, but it will improve with time.
