Visual aspect: a bright, concentrated deep golden colour with gold tints.
Nose: superb, charming with aromas of hazelnut, brioche and butter, as well as a hint of candied citrus.
Palate: round and rich, with lovely frehsness and flavours of acacia blossom.
Match with food: turbot.
Comment: a concentrated, delicious wine to savour now, but it will gain in complexity if left to age for several more years.
