Visual aspect: a ruby colour and plentiful, slow-moving tears.
Nose: very elegant and persistent aromas, it reveals smoky, mineral, slightly peppery scents and after swirling opens up on hints of leather and small black fruit.
Palate: delicate and powerful on ripe tannins, revealing flavours similar to the aromas. A lovely finish.
Match with food: steak with pepper.
