Visual aspect: translucent and luminous, with a beautiful golden-yellow hue.
Nose: very complex, revealing numerous fragrances of white flowers, as well as a hint of buttered bread, slightly woody.
Palate: extremely elegant and fresh, on superb flavours of white-fleshed fruit (apple, pear). Long and fresh, the finish is marvellous.
Match with food: fillet of sole with Nantua sauce.
Comments: perfect delicacy and balance for this wine produced by a brillantly talented winegrower.
