Nose: very delicate, already well developed revealing powerful aromas of red fruits (raspberry, cherry) and liquorice, as well as hints of vanilla and cocoa.
Palate: marvellous on the first taste, pleasant and round with excellent structure and richness of flavours. Excellent on the finish.
Match with food: Beef Wellington.
