Palate: rich, soft and fresh, revealing citrus flavours (candied lemon), enhanced by a touch of woodiness. The finish is complex and quite extraordinary.
Match with food: poultry poached with fresh herbs.
Comments: a full-bodied, rich, fresh wine, which has wonderful minerality in its structure. Remarkable!
