Visual aspect: a gleaming ruby-cherry hue with a wonderful bluish tint on the disc.
Nose: very fine, elegant and discreet, unveiling aromas of small black and red fruits (blackurrant, redcurrant) and lovely woody hints.
Palate: supple on the first taste with marvellous delicate, mature, soft tannin. A lovely fresh, fruity finish.
Match with food: rolled fillet of lamb with fresh herbs.
