Visual aspect: very deep colour, nearly inky, but brilliant. Thin disc with nice garnet-red glints.
Nose: expressive nose on black fruits notes (blackcurrant, blackberry) with a compote sensation
Palate: very fluid palate with pleasant structure
Match with food: « 7 heures » lamb with salsify
Comments: Modern style, more in the spirit of Wine of the World than Old Europe, very pleasant in general
