Visual aspect: vivid with a black-cherry hue and blood-red tinges.
Nose: at first it develops on hints of leather and undergrowth. After swirling it opens up on an aroma of stewed red fruit.
Palate: fresh developing on tightly-knit tannin. Elegant, but at this stage maturation is too distinct. It should be left to mature.
Match with food: wild boar casserole, winter dishes.
Comments: a powerful wine for those who like strong sensations. Keep in the cellar.
