Color: clear and bright, with a moderate golden-amber color and a light greenish rim. Nose: quite complex, with apricot and yellow plum marmalade, yellow blossom such as iris, honey, sweet saffron and vanilla, gently roasted hazelnuts in butter and hint of candied orange. Palate: very delicate and smooth, with sweet sensation of dried apricot and orange jam, creamy vanilla and lightly caramelised butter, with a hint of roasted hazelnut. Good freshness and lightness on the finish.
