Visual aspect: radiant and translucent, with a dark, bold golden-bronze hue.
Nose: the first nose gives aromas of milk caramel, wax, spice, honey and cinnamon, after swirling it reveals scents of acacia blossom.
Palate: the effervescence is very perceptible. A marvellous first taste then fruity flavours. Good length on a light structure. The finish is spicy.
Match with food: foie gras with gingerbread/nutmeg.
