Nose: pineapple, candied apple, remains fresh on spicy and honeyed notes.
Palate: complex and spicy (pepper, menthol), blackcurrant notes. Heady but fresh at the same time. Slight touch of concentrated liquorice.
Match with food: Jerusalem artichoke cream soup with pan-fried foie gras and bacon.
Ageing potential: ready to drink and to keep up to 4 years
Serving temperature: 10°C
