Nose: warm and brioche scented first nose. Then floral and mineral notes. Fine and smart nose.
Palate: silky and fresh to citrussy and mineral notes, exhuding spices and honey, with aromas of white fleshed fruit compote. Long and generous finish.
Match with food: Medium cooked suckling veal chop.
Ageing potential: 5 years
