Visual aspect: Red colour with mahogany glints, brown fringe, some tears.
Nose: Elegant, crystallized orange, hazelnut, almond, sweet cherry in eau-de-vie.
Palate: Supple attack, evolution on a good tannin/alcohol balance,
quite long and warm finish.
Match with food: Pork filet mignon with dried fruits; pâté en croûte with Porto jelly.
