Visual aspect: a crystalline, pale yellow hue.
Nose: aromas of small red and black fruit (blackcurrant, redcurrant). Expressive and elegant.
Palate: superb balance and flavours of white-fleshed fruit (peach). Touches of honey and a lovely hint of menthol on the finish.
Match with food: fillet of sole meunière.
Comments: finely-balanced as a whole. An excellent wine for its AOC.
