Nose: aromas of red fruit (redcurrant, blackberry, blackcurrant), of spices, with a hint of violet scents.
Palate: volume, powerfulness and fat tannin. Quite long finish.
Match with food: pate en croute with Madeira aspic, parrillada of beef.
