Visual aspect: a deep, bold crimson, cherry hue. The tinges show little development and the disc gleams.
Nose: very delicate and charming. The first nose is slightly inexpressive, but it opens up after swirling on some black fruit aromas (blackberry).
Palate: pure on the first taste, development on tannin and a slightly drying finish.
Match with food: calf's sweetbread.
Comments: a splendid wine, proof of the quality of this Appellation.
