Visual aspect: crimson hue, radiant disc with tints not showing much development.
Nose: delicate, clean, pure, with scents of Burlat cherry, mild spices and pleasant woody hints.
Palate: pure on the first taste, with elegant structure, marvellous full-body and tannin in the process of developing. Good length of flavours on the palate.
Match with food: calf's sweetbread, Beef Wellington.
Comments: a very elegant wine, produced by talented winegrowers.
