Visual aspect: splendid, a crimson colour with intense violet tinges, it is translucent.
Nose: very fine and delicate, revealing lovely aromas of red and black fruit, spices, roasted, toasted and woody notes.
Palate: pure, soft and smooth, with marvellous flavours that resemble the aromas. The finish is extremely long.
Match with food: rib steak with wine sauce and ceps.
Comments: a marvellous wine made in a difficult vintage.
