Visual aspect: a radiant, vivid, deep garnet-red colour.
Nose: elegant and aromatic, delicious on scents of spices and fruit.
Palate: clean on the first taste and pure, development on lovely volume. The finish is superb and virile, characteristic of the Médoc.
Match with food: casserole, stew of young wild boar and tagliatelles.
Comments: Silver medal at the Agricultural Competition in Paris 2007. A marvellous representation of its Appellation.
