Nose: delicate and aromatic, exuding scents of spices and ripe fruit.
Palate: full-bodied and smooth, excellent first taste, with fine body and it is evident that maturation has been skilfully carried out.
Match with food: flank of veal with pink peppercorns.
Comments: fabulous balance for this wine in a difficult vintage. Superb.
