Nose: pure, elegant on scents of black fruits (blackcurrant, blackberry, blueberry), spicy, vanilla-scented, and on aromas of prunes and cherries. Palate: round, supple and fresh first taste, tannins are melted and pleasant, the mid-palate is on red and black fruits. Wonderful finish. Match with food: rib of beef. Comments: a real delight.
