Visual aspect: deep gleaming ruby-red colour. Nose: beautiful complex nose, a bit modern but quite fine. Lovely red and black fruits. Palate: wonderful roundness, silky and fine palate. Lovely fruits. Charming and elegant wine. Superb finish. Match with food: Iberian black pork cooked 7 hours at 70°C, Orloff saddle of veal. Comments: a very fine and elegant wine.
