Visual aspect: very deep ruby-red colour. Nose: expressive, complex, with notes of red fruits. Palate: beautiful attack, ample, complex, light notes of toasted bread and small candied fruits, well-balanced palate. Match with food: pigeon, roasted lamb. Comments: good ageing potential, wonderful!
