Domaine Catherine et Claude Maréchal
Visual aspect: red. Nose: very rich, spicy, vegetal, blackcurrant, very ripe redcurrant strong aromas, leather. Palate: lovely first taste, good typicity, wonderful length, mastered extraction, purity of the Pinot, greediness. Match with food: poultry gizzards with raspberry vinegar, Burgundy ham and parsley terrine. Comments: well-made.
